Wilmington City Council decided to reform the Land Bank instead of dissolving it as concerns over past mismanagement and a confusing home buying process grew.

The council will vote on a plan on July 10 that adds a director role and changes the board—aiming to improve oversight and accountability.

ChristianaCare and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia are teaming up to offer specialized pediatric care in a four-state region— the agreement starts in the spring and focuses on pediatric and neonatal services to bring advanced treatment closer to home.
