- ➤ Animal rights group PETA sent a proposal letter to Delaware lawmakers today asking dog guardians to walk their pets three times daily, including one hour-long walk, to boost physical and mental health (a rule that local dog owners view with caution, particularly regarding scheduling and weather challenges).
