- ➤ DelDOT explained that the concrete wall on northbound I-95 is a permanent part of the bridge that keeps five travel lanes open with a contraflow setup to avoid gridlock - officials said lane changes will start Saturday and continue into Sunday as the work zone shifts while maintaining the contraflow. - ➤ Today, Governor Matt Meyer announced that Delaware has submitted an application for up to $1 billion from the Rural Health Transformation Program to fund 15 projects that will expand access to care, lower costs, and grow the healthcare workforce in rural Kent and Sussex counties. The proposal supports a new medical school, Hope Center initiatives, mobile health units and telehealth innovations—measures expected to improve outcomes for nearly 40 percent of rural residents.
