- ➤ DelDOT kept a barrier in the I-95 work zone after it was struck again on Tuesday while work on the Christina River Bridge continues in Phase 2. The project began in January and will run into Fall as lane shifts have led to several crashes— including one where a 65-year-old woman was seriously injured when her car flipped. WDEL
- ➤ Delaware lawmakers and state agencies are offering free expungement clinics this fall to help eligible residents remove old criminal records and overcome barriers to work and housing. One session is held today at a recreational center in Middletown from 2 to 5 p.m., and additional sessions will take place on Nov 6 at a library in Smyrna and on Nov 18 in Laurel (registration is required).
