- ➤ The 49th Annual Grand Gala will take place on December 5 at The Grand’s historic Opera House on Market Street and the Hotel Du Pont, where Bruce Hornsby and the Delaware Symphony Orchestra—conducted by Rob Moose—will perform. - ➤ Workers' compensation insurance rates in Delaware decreased for the ninth year—Insurance Commissioner Trinidad Navarro noted that the voluntary market dropped by 11.6% and the residual market by 9.08% on average.
