- ➤ UD researchers led by Professor Dongxia Liu developed a new mesoporous MXene catalyst that turned plastic waste into liquid fuels nearly twice as fast as older methods—pilot tests showed the catalyst produced quality fuel with fewer unwanted byproducts.
