- ➤ Delaware State Police investigated a fatal two-vehicle crash near Seaford on July 27 at 4:28 p.m. where a Toyota Corolla failed to stop at a sign and struck a Toyota Tundra, fatally injuring a 6-year-old from Bridgeville while injuring a 44-year-old driver and a 15-year-old passenger from Bridgeville, with the Toyota Tundra’s 45-year-old driver refusing hospital care—further details of the investigation are pending. - ➤ Wilmington Police confirmed that 17-year-old Amir Clark died after being shot at 2:08 a.m. on August 2 in the 400 block of North Franklin Street — they are investigating the incident. First State Update
