- ➤ On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, Wilmington police arrested 66 year old Atlantic City man Edward Yazbeck at his JJ Massage Therapy Spa after an investigation found his business had female employees providing illicit sexual services and he now faces charges of promoting prostitution, criminal nuisance, and operating an unlicensed spa—he is held at Howard Young Correctional Institution after failing to pay a $13,000 bail. - ➤ New Castle County Police began investigating JJ Massage Therapy Spa on Garden of Eden Road in Talleyville in May after reports that female workers provided massages then offered sex acts for extra money, and they arrested owner Edward Yazbeck, 66, on charges of promoting prostitution, criminal nuisance and operating an unlicensed spa—he is held on $13,000 bail.
