- ➤ On July 29, around 11:23 p.m., New Castle County Police stopped a Kia Sportage during a Wilton traffic stop for a suspended registration, discovered a ghost gun — a loaded 9mm handgun without markings — and 28 bags of heroin/fentanyl, and arrested 20-year-old Quadir Sanders-Smith on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges.
