CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A New Castle man was charged with robbery in Newark when he attacked a man getting into his car at Moon Spa on Capitol Trail around 12:10 a.m. Thursday — he now faces felony robbery and unlawful use of a payment card charges. WDEL
- ➤ A shooting Saturday afternoon on the 800 block of Spruce Street in Wilmington left a 21 year old man and a 37 year old woman hospitalized — both remain in stable condition. WDEL
- ➤ Delaware State Police arrested 22-year-old Tahrie Calloway of Claymont after a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred Saturday, July 26 in Milton when his 2017 Honda Accord struck a bicyclist who later died at the hospital—he now faces charges including Vehicular Homicide Second Degree, Leaving the Scene of a Collision Resulting in Death, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Driving Under the Influence, and Inattentive Driving.
