CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Four teenage boys allegedly broke into a Dunkin' Donuts in Bear-area at around 5 a.m. Thursday by having two break in through a window while the other two acted as lookouts—police later identified the three 14-year-olds and one 13-year-old, three of whom live in Wilmington, and charged them with burglary, theft and conspiracy before releasing them to their parents. - ➤ Gerald Carroll left his home on Fols Crescent Avenue in Penn Acres on October 29 while riding his bike and has not been seen since — police ask anyone with information to contact the New Castle County Criminal Investigations Unit. New Castle County Police Department
