Delaware State Police investigated a shoplifting turned robbery at Target in Wilmington on Monday night when a Target worker confronted two female suspects — one sprayed a chemical on an employee and two customers before fleeing in a grey Honda Odyssey and three victims were treated by EMS.

A 22-year-old Claymont man was arrested on July 7 at 8:35 a.m. in the Stockdale neighborhood after a dispute led him to shoot a 26-year-old man who was treated and released—police said a nearby woman, a child, and an unoccupied vehicle were not injured.
