- ➤ The New Castle County Division of Police are asking for help identifying a suspect seen on Tuesday, July 2nd at about 5:05 p.m. after officers found parked vehicles on Belmont, Lorewood, and Mary Streets in the Richardson Park neighborhood covered in motor oil (the suspect is a black female wearing a pink top, black shorts, and slide sandals). - ➤ Governor Matt Meyer signed Senate Bill 153 today to update the state’s Interagency Resource Management Committee and named Lt.
