CRIME NEWS

  • A Crisfield man—28-year-old Tyren Lee Ivey—was arrested on June 27 in Seaford and charged with first-degree murder, second-degree attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment and other firearm offenses after the April 25 shooting death of 20-year-old Evan Neal in Somerset County.  Delaware Online
  • Andree' L. Mosley Jr. died after a shooting near Millsboro on June 14, and his family and friends gathered on June 28 at the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Ellendale to honor his life (a recent Cape Henlopen High School graduate) (and a football team member).  Delaware Online

LIFESTYLE NEWS

  • Local teens can enjoy many activities at the Delaware beaches this summer, including rides at Funland, trips to water parks like Jungle Jim's, arcades, and movies, while police work to manage large gatherings by enforcing curfews & setting limits for under-18s in various towns.
