- ➤ On Tuesday evening at 7:15 p.m., Darrian Randle—accused of falsely reporting a kidnapping—said she pulled over to comfort her 3-year-old daughter Nola on Gender Road when a man with a handgun took her, but investigators later canceled the Amber Alert after a body was found in Cecil County and Randle was held on a $1,000,000 cash bail.
