- ➤ Killens Pond water park in Felton now features a new 13,242 sqft pool with two spray features, a bucket tower and lily pads. The park opened May 23 and will serve visitors on weekends through mid-June then daily until mid-August. Delaware Online
- ➤ Communities in Delaware will hold Memorial Day events including parades and ceremonies honoring fallen service members today and later this week. Highlights include the Wilmington Memorial Day Parade starting May 30 at Delaware and Woodlawn avenues and local services in Middletown, Smyrna, Dover, Milford, and Rehoboth. Delaware Online

- ➤ Governor Meyer has ordered flags to be flown at half staff today in honor of Memorial Day across state offices + schools. The order recognizes those who served and will be implemented throughout official settings. Deleware State Government
- ➤ Sussex County Council approved a $2.2 million contract with Whayland Company to build EMS Station 101 in Lincoln to improve emergency response as call volume rises. The new station, located next to the Lincoln Fire Department, will include ambulance bays, crew quarters and spaces but has no set construction date. WDEL
