- ➤ Wilmington police arrested 30-year-old Auston Pratt on May 7 after he assaulted an employee at Lucy’s Restaurant on North Market Street—he argued with staff, threatened to kill an employee and punched the victim before being detained. Delaware LIVE
- ➤ On Monday, New Castle County Police responded to an incident at the 1200 block of Old Lancaster Pike in Hockessin with a heavy police presence including SWAT officers after reports of a barricaded person near the Hockessin Fire Company Station—police later said the area was safe and Old Lancaster Pike reopened at 5:30 p.m. with no confirmed shots fired. - ➤ A Wilmington man was charged with multiple offenses after allegedly assaulting an employee at Lucy's Restaurant on North Market Street last Wednesday morning—troopers reported that 30-year-old Auston Pratt threatened an employee, punched him several times, and was arrested around 9:37 a.m., while the victim received treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.
