- ➤ Two men were arrested in connection to a shooting on Wilmington's East Side on April 28, where 39-year-old Omar Brown was critically injured and charged on May 5 while 19-year-old Joshua Grimes was taken on May 8 on several charges—both are held at Howard Young Correctional Institution—police say.
