Delaware State Police arrested Fernando Medina-Moreta—28, a Seaford man wanted for a 2024 Maryland homicide—during a traffic stop on northbound DuPont Boulevard near Avenue of Honor Road on May 2.

A search of his dark gray Honda Accord found a loaded 9mm Glock handgun that was reported stolen, and he faces multiple felony charges while awaiting extradition to Maryland.
