CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Delaware State Police identified 43-year-old Thomas Pusey as the Wilmington man killed when he stepped into the westbound lane and was struck by a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Kirkwood Highway near North Woodward Avenue at 11:24 p.m. on April 25 + the driver was unharmed and the highway was closed for about two hours during the investigation. Elizabeth 'Tizzy' Lockman will host a public forum on Wilmington’s housing crisis at the Carvel State Office Building from 6 to 7 p.m. on April 29—doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and residents will discuss affordable housing, homelessness, vacant homes and tenant protection based on earlier private meetings.
