- ➤ The New Castle County Division of Police issued a Gold Alert for 15-year-old Nathanael Lewis, who was last seen at 3:00 p.m. on April 20 in the 100 block of East Greenbank Road in Wilmington wearing gray sweatpants and a black t-shirt and described as a Hispanic Black male with curly hair and a slim build who may be headed toward Elsmere; anyone with information is urged to call (302) 573-2800. - ➤ DNREC is updating the Delaware Wildlife Action Plan for 2025-2035 with input from federal, state, and non-government partners to protect local species and habitats. The plan will use 10 years of data to update conservation actions and will include public sessions in late July and early August. Deleware State Government

- ➤ Wilmington and New Castle County are asking the state to let them add local sales taxes on recreational marijuana—up to 3% in Wilmington and 5% in New Castle County—to boost local revenue, while Wilmington will vote on zoning rules that keep marijuana shops away from schools and homes.
