- ➤ Delaware State Police arrested a second suspect on April 15 in the murder of 23-year-old Schweitzer Dessin who was shot at Nutter Park in Seaford—22-year-old Jamal Riddick now faces first-degree murder and other charges after police found a rifle and ammo at his residence. Delaware Online

- ➤ A Delaware State Police helicopter landed at John G.
