- ➤ On April 13 at about 1:30 a.m., Delaware State Police reported that an Uber driver was carjacked in New Castle when seven individuals entered his vehicle to pick up a passenger; after he said he had room for only a few, three suspects threw him to the ground, stole his cell phone, and fled in his sedan—he was not injured.
