- ➤ Delmarva Power will add $15 to its supply-side rate in June (a jump from last year’s $10 increase) according to Regional President Marcus Beale. - ➤ The spring heat has spurred an early return of ruby-throated hummingbirds in southern Virginia that are expected to reach Delaware by mid‑April—local residents can prepare by hanging fresh feeders. Delaware Online

HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ ChristianaCare announced on March 27 a $75 million project to relocate rehabilitation services from Wilmington Hospital to Newark, where a new 73-bed facility will care for about 1,000 more patients per year and create 122 jobs.
