- ➤ Blue Hen Chicks will host a free Italian dinner for veterans and their guests from 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday, March 28 at the DAV Building in Camden (reservations via text are required). Delaware Online
- ➤ Casa de Venezuela Delaware is a volunteer-run group helping Venezuelan families find resources and rebuild trust amid changing immigration rules + it will host a statewide conversation on April 16 to share cultural stories and local support. WHYY

- ➤ DE250 invites locals to attend Celebrate Delaware, a public event set for April 18 from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Hotel Du Pont where two spaces will blend Delaware's history and future. Deleware State Government
- ➤ Cherry blossom season is here and residents can see blooming trees at Brandywine Park in Wilmington and Winterthur Museum today (local parks and farms also offer scenic spots for photos). Delaware Online
- ➤ Delaware Division of the Arts is asking for community input through an online survey open until Friday, Mar. 27 to help shape its five-year plan after holding public events around the state. Officials say the plan will boost arts access & strengthen local creative ties. Delaware Public Media
- ➤ The Delaware Division of the Arts hosted the 15th State Employee Art Exhibition from Feb. 23 to March 20 at Delaware State University’s Arts Center/Gallery in Dover and announced winners on March 8; the event featured 221 submissions + included Governor’s Choice winners to be shown in the Governor’s Office. - ➤ DNREC’s DuPont Nature Center reopens Wednesday, April 1 at the Mispillion Harbor Reserve at 2992 Lighthouse Road near Slaughter Beach. The center is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays in April, and visitors can view spawning horseshoe crabs and migrating shorebirds. Deleware State Government
