- ➤ University of Delaware students are weaving overlooked Revolutionary War history into a national tapestry project that highlights figures often missing from traditional narratives in Newark. - ➤ Delaware does not ban feeding wild animals statewide, though New Castle prohibits it in public parks (violators risk a $25 to $100 fine or community service) and experts caution that feeding wild animals with human food can harm them and pose health risks. Delaware Online
