- ➤ Tickets for tours to view N.C. Wyeth's restored 'Apotheosis of the Family' mural will go on sale March 18 (members) and March 19 (public) with tours from April 1 to June 27; if tickets sell out, residents can view a free study of the mural in the WSFS building lobby. Delaware Online

- ➤ A Delaware guide explains that drivers must treat malfunctioning red lights as four-way stops and yield to vehicles and pedestrians (including when following police or other authorized signals, part of a funeral procession, or operating an emergency vehicle). - ➤ Senate Bill 1 would cap hospital prices at 250% of Medicare rates and require insurers to boost primary care spending, a measure that could save over $400 million a year. The legislation is set to be heard in committee on Wednesday, Mar. 18. WHYY
- ➤ To get a U.S. passport, bring a printed application, birth certificate, photo ID, copies, passport photo and fee money to a local post office; processing takes four to six weeks (expedited service costs extra), so plan ahead for travel. Delaware Online
- ➤ A state law now prohibits dogs from barking continuously for more than 15 minutes (or 30 minutes total) and fines repeat offenders at $50 after a written warning.
