- ➤ Delaware accelerated its Early Literacy Plan with over $8 million to boost classroom reading. The Department of Education announced a $1.9m grant (SIF) and a $6.1m award (Bridge to Practice) for 25 districts and charters, with a goal of every child reading on grade level by third grade.
