- ➤ More than 60 local musicians are rehearsing for the Shine A Light on 1986 Benefit Concert on Saturday, March 7, at The Queen (500 N. - ➤ The Mezzanine Gallery at the Carvel State Office Building is showing 'Community,' a solo exhibition of new paintings by Tanya Bracey that show how people help each other. - ➤ Daylight saving time will begin on Sunday, Mar. 8 at 2 a.m. (clocks advance to 3 a.m.), so residents should update their clocks and devices. Pending discussions may let Delaware adopt permanent daylight saving time if nearby states follow suit. Delaware Online
- ➤ The Delaware Division of Small Business partnered with Governor Matt Meyer to launch an online form for nominating Census Tracts as Opportunity Zones for the Opportunity Zone 2.0 program in Dover.
