- ➤ On Friday, local officials and community members gathered on East 8th Street to sign a beam for the new Peoples Settlement Association building (marking its 115-year legacy). - ➤ The Delaware State Housing Authority released its FY2025 Annual Report on the Downtown Development District Rebate Program, reporting 68 projects in 12 downtowns that received $8.1M in state funds and $118.2M in private investment.
